**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be the voice of Chorus and will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience

Working in our Customer Assist team is a fun, dynamic way to challenge yourself. You’ll gain valuable insight into what we do and help ensure our customers have a brilliant Chorus experience.

We’ll ensure you have everything you need to help our customers with their queries on all things Chorus You will receive ample training and have access to incredible support from the team before managing public enquiries on our inbound channels.

This is a busy role and as a Customer Service Representative you need to be able to articulate and effectively answer customer service queries.

Be collected and resilient, being the entry point for a lot of queries into the company each call can be very different than the last.

Being empathetic, we are looking for people who can communicate warmth and empathy - not only in verbal communication but also through written messages.

Great Teamwork and collaboration skills, you should be able to engage and work together with the team to achieve team goals.

Curious and inquisitive - you are eager to learn and motivated to provide first time resolution to our people.
