**Experienced Stonemason and/or Stone Technician and/or wall and floor tiler wanted for long term opportunity**.

It will be imperative that you be well organized, methodical, and have an eye for detail about the quality of the work being carried out and be able to meet deadlines.

Here is a short list of skills required:

- Lay natural stone on walls and floors
- Screeding of shower base, decks and balcony
- Mechanical fixing
- Install benchtops, vanities and bar tops
- Hob and sink cut-outs
- Chips and crack repairs
- Benchtops and bar top drilling (taps, switch for food waste disposer)
- Monument restoration
- Floor grinding and polishing floors
- Etch and scratch removal from natural stone (benchtops, vanities, bar tops, walls and floors)
- Chip and crack repair
- Stain removal
- Efflourescence and calcification removal
- Anti-slip (variety of products)
- Stripping existing surface coatings (floors, benchtops, vanities, bar tops)
- Graffiti removal
- Tile and grout restoration
- Grout colourant
- Silicon installation
- Cleaning and sealing natural stone, terracotta, terrazzo (floors, walls, benchtops, vanities, bartops)
- Resurfacing or retexturing natural stone polish, hone, sandblast, flaming and brush
Able to use cutting tools to cut and shape natural stone

- Must have written reference letters (if applicable translated to English) from previous employer that state period of employment.
