We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist** **where your expertise will shine in building and nurturing impactful relationships with suppliers and service providers. You will play a crucial role in understanding supplier dynamics, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring seamless collaboration to drive mutual success.

**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Build & Maintain Relationships**: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with suppliers and service providers while adeptly navigating their expectations and challenges.
- ** Communicate & Negotiate**: Use your exceptional communication and negotiating skills to secure beneficial terms, promote mutual advantages, and ensure smooth interactions with all stakeholders.
- ** Contract Management**: Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues to maintain high standards.
- ** Performance Tracking & Improvement**: Manage supplier onboarding, track performance, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
- ** Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues related to supplier performance or logistics with a proactive approach.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize your analytical skills to analyze data, make informed decisions, and leverage SQL for insightful reporting.
- ** Integration Knowledge**: Understand APIs and middleware for seamless data integration between systems and resolve any EDI-related issues with ease

**Qualifications** What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in building and managing supplier relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Expertise in contract management and compliance
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly using SQL
- Technical knowledge of EDI standards and document types
- Familiarity with APIs and middleware for data integration
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on supplier performance and logistics
