New World Centre City is a large locally owned and operated supermarket. Due to a pending staff relocation, we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. We have a small, very busy office supporting various departments and are seeking a team player who is highly motivated and able to multi task.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.30pm.

**What we are looking for?**

- You are well organised, can multitask, can be mindful of deadlines and accurate
- You have excellent analytical skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cashier Tracking and management, process daily banking and associated reconciliations
- Goods Receipt processing, Invoice matching including management of delivery or price discrepancies
- Supplier reconciliation and payments
- Debtor Management, opening accounts, invoicing and following up on overdue accounts and responding to queries
- General Ledger Journals
- Month end tasks such as GST returns, Running Customer Statement runs, and various reconciliations
- General office and administrative support

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Office experience and basic accounting skills
- Previous experience in Checkout operations or other supermarket operations would be an advantage
- Proficient computer skills

We are seeking an individual who is motivated, reliable, has fantastic work ethic, can multi-task and is able to work well under pressure.
