**The opportunity (why is this a great role)?**
- The Enterprise vertical is a growth area for MYOB. The role is leading a self-organising team responsible for the ongoing delivery of our Enterprise on-premise high performing ERP products.

These products provide ERP and payroll solutions for mid-market businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Our goal is to deliver compliant reliable software to our nearly 3000 customers.

**The role (key deliverables)**
- The key to success is the people - you will play an important role in leading, coaching, and managing a cross-functional technology team, driving high employee engagement, and fostering collaboration.

The team is across the end-to-end build and delivery of ERP software and in this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the balance of feature delivery and operational maintenance is adjusted to meet the current business, customer and compliance priorities.
- Understanding MYOB's business strategy and objectives and aligning delivery accordingly is key. You will work with the Product Management and cross functional stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap, helping to keep the lights on for customers and making great stuff by solving customer problems.

The Delivery Manager ensures adherence to MYOB’s development and security standards and contributes to achieving MYOB’s strategic business objectives through leading and balancing both a short-term delivery focus as well as achieving longer-term objectives.

**What will you bring (skills/experience)**:

- Proven leadership of highly skilled development teams in a line management capacity with a proven experience in systems product development & implementation preferred.
- In-depth experience in implementing high-performance development capabilities, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of developing software products in various environments.
- Experience working in desktop development environments and AWS-hosted environments. Technical background is helpful.
- Extensive delivery focus to ensure on-time deployment of quality software.
- Previous experience as a member of a leadership team.
- Proven experience in driving continual improvement of the Product Development lifecycle, ensuring there is strong alignment to business outcomes.
- Experience developing ERP or payroll systems preferred.
