**The Role**

The Lead Consultant role is a critical position in the Transformation Chapter. We believe that Transformation isn’t just about introducing new technology: it’s a business-wide, connected, set of changes that disrupt every part of an organisation. Our job is to help guide our clients through that process and to give them the support they need to succeed.

Reporting to the GM of Transformation, you will be managing technical and strategic relationships with existing ClearPoint clients and driving business growth in this area.

You will be proactively managing the delivery of client engagements and providing direct consulting and leadership services.

You will support clients on complex technical issues, and assist with commercial management including contract management.

In addition, you will support the GM of Transformation and business development teams to grow existing accounts and contribute to the strategy and growth of ClearPoint.

As the technology world continues to rapidly evolve your tolerance for change must be high. We’re looking for a pragmatic, self-motivated team player who is keen on continuous learning as well as helping others in their sphere of influence.

**What we are looking for**
- Strongly aligned to the ClearPoint values.
- Strong expertise in client delivery management and client operations, in particular with regards to designing, building and deploying digital engineering solutions.
- Strong capability in Cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices and modern ways of working.
- Strong capability and experience in product management and focusing on “What to build”.
- Strong capability and experience in agile methodologies and modern approaches and methodologies to building software. “How to build”.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and people leadership/management skills.
- Good commercial sense and an understanding of basic dynamics of day rates, margins and markups.
- Familiarity with the professional services environment.
