**Office Manager Wanted**

Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Auckland based construction company and become a part of a great team.

We are looking for 1 PERMANENT full-time (49.5 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Saturday) Office Manager to grow with our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company.

**The duties include**:

- Coordinating office operations and procedures
- Setting and improving office policies by establishing standards and procedures
- Managing contracts and relations with external stakeholders and setting priorities according to the task timeframe
- Supervising accounts administrator and delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitor office expense and cost-reductions.
- Handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
- Handling complaints from clients and managing resolutions by the best manner.

**To be successful you will need to**:

- Have at least one-year solid relevant experience, or
- Have a relevant level 5 diploma qualification.
- Have "can-do" attitude and team Spirit.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and administrative skills
