**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

The role is the glue that helps get new RMO’s on board. You will work with a number of stakeholders all with the aim of employing a new RMO to the hospital. You will guide them through the medical council registration process, point them in the direction of where to go to seek immigration information and then welcome them to the hospital on their first day. No day is the same. You will use persuasion, negotiation skills and patience.

We are looking for someone with excellent people skills who has the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders both within the District and the wider community. Someone who likes to think laterally and is open to process improvement and able to look at a task and see how we can make it look easy, yet covering all of the intricate aspects of the role. You will be someone who likes to use a computer and have an extensive range of IT skills.
