We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic person to join the Administration Team as a Receptionist/ Booking Clerk within the Planned Care Service, Acute and Elective Cluster, primarily working in the Eye Clinic.

This is a full time position working 8am - 4.30pm (with half hour lunch break).

The successful applicant will need to have strong customer service background with excellent communication and administrative skills including:

- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to self-manage to ensure deadlines is achieved
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Have a customer-focused approach to all aspects of work
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
