**SnapComms** is **now part of Everbridge**:a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions currently have a fantastic opportunity for a **Senior Quality Engineer **to be based in **Takapuna-Auckland, New Zealand**

**What you'll do**:

- Learn about the SnapComms solution in order to understand the product and the underlying technology and infrastructure that supports it.
- Monitor results from various automated runs to ensure any failures are investigated and reported where appropriate.
- Work with the product team and other development teams to understand how new features should be tested, and then engage them in contributing to the automated tests.
- Maintain existing test automation suites and test automation environments.
Creating test cases, test scripts, and tools that the manual testing team can use.
- Assist the testing team with executing manual test scripts where needed.
- Contribute to the revision and implementation of automation frameworks.
Continuously review and update documentation to ensure that it is kept accurate and up to date.
- Working well with the rest of the test and development teams and taking part in all the relevant meetings and activities.

**What you'll bring**:

- An open and positive mindset with a “Can Do” attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proven test automation experience
- Thorough understanding of programming concepts.
- Experience working with a variety of bug, task, and test management tools.
- Experienced writing SQL scripts.
- Experience with source code/version control as well as refactoring experience. (GIT experience is an advantage)
- Solid experience in writing Web UI automation scripts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress IO.
- Solid experience in writing REST API automated integration tests. (experience with Jest is an advantage)
- Solid understanding of tests management, CI / CD and environments management according to the project stack and architecture.
- Web Application test development experience with typescript/javascript or C#. (typescript/javascript is an advantage)
- Experience with performance tests using jMeter is an advantage.
