Your Opportunity
Team Global Express are seeking to hire a proactive and enthusiastic person to join our team in Invercargill as Customer Service Officer. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for assisting with any customer enquiries and service-related issues, supporting the National Contact Centre and Invercargill branch operations in managing complex escalations.
Working as part of the TGE team, you will be a team player, possess excellent customer service skills and take pride in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Accurately communicate relevant service information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Be a readily available resource for new and at risk accounts
- Ensure any customer concerns are resolved effectively
- Provide customer reports when required
- Ensure all information is recorded accurately
Key Skills & Experience
- Customer focussed attitude
- At least six months of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in the transport/freight industry (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and self-manage
- Proven leadership skills
