Are you a team player who enjoys collaboration and has experience in delivering IT change projects?

We are looking for a Change Analyst/Advisor for a 6-month contract role for a government agency in Wellington CBD:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain actionable plans aligned to the overarching project schedule such as the release communications and engagement plan, the stakeholder engagement schedule and the business adoption plan.
- Working with the workstream leads to manage the communications around User Acceptance Testing and Decommissioning.
- Produce relevant communication materials and communicate and engage with stakeholders.
- Ensure that stakeholders understand what is changing, how it affects them and are ready, willing and able to accept those changes.
- Organise and facilitate User ‘Show and Tell’ Workshops
- Participate and contribute in all SCRUM events (Sprint planning, Sprint review, retrospective and stand ups)

**Work with the Change Manager to**
- develop and maintain the programme intranet site including news and FAQs
- develop and publish educational and learning materials
- continually review and update the change impact register
- monitor and evaluate organisational progress in transitioning to the new Data Platform.
- develop and maintain regular status reporting, including tracking and reporting issues associated with the change, resolving or escalating where appropriate.
- develop strategies that maximise business adoption as we transition to the new ways of working.
