**A little bit about the opportunity**

We are on the hunt for a Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership team and to provide leadership, direction and to promote an effective work environment founded on core values and ethics and in accordance with our client’s organisational objectives, principles, and best practice processes.

This role is crucial in the operational efficiency of the business and is responsible for providing leadership for the support functions of the business. Specifically you will be providing high-quality compliance, administrative and marketing support, and assisting the Executive Management Team deliver exceptional service to their clients.

**Some More Information About The Role**

The BM will oversee support services and is expected to advise, guide, and support staff in related functions and serve as a principal advisor to our senior leadership team in order to develop and implement strategic business support services. You will also be expected to proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent and complementary policies and procedures and seek additional guidance or support from 3rd party partners as required.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Manage the Compliance, (Quality and Environmental Management; Health &
- Management Systems) Administration and Bid writing team
- Work in partnership with other managers to effectively manage tenders and contracts.
- Provide documentation support, procedural, and financial initiatives for the business
- Responsible for the administration of the support services.
- Support the budget, the auditing process, the training, and the coordination of business projects
- Provide high level advice and support to the Executive Management Team and as required, other Senior Managers
- Influencing and driving change and continuous improvement, including the effective use of business enablement systems

**So who are we looking for?**

We are ideally looking for someone with proven experience in an EA, PA, Senior Business Support, or Office Management role who is confident leading teams and dealing with senior managers. You will be computer savvy and comfortable picking up new systems, comfortable supporting teams across many different vertices of the business, and an effective time manager who can organise and bring staff together to successfully achieve on projects. You should have proven experience in evaluating, appraising, costing, and consider business risks at an enterprise level. You will have great communication skills and should be efficient at communicating complex information to staff at all levels. You will have high levels of integrity and be able to handle sensitive business information, and a real team player with a no jobs too big or small attitude.

No two days are the same As such you will be comfortable spinning many plates and working to shifting priorities. This role wears many hats, and the direction of the role will pivot depending on the needs of the business. You will need the right combination of administrative management, a strong eye for detail, a warm personality, and incomparable customer service to join our high-performing team. But most of all you’ll be a leader, someone who inspires and motivates those around you and is instrumental in building high performance cultures.
