**What's so exciting about this role?**

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, growing and commercialising key Sellers, to grow number of transacting sellers and stores, while maintaining profitability benchmarks.

You will work closely with all Revenue & Growth teams to target the core of high value accounts, farm new opportunities and encouraging greater engagement with all Humm products in POS and seller online and in-store ecosystems.

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **humm**group but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Pro-actively manage sellers and stores in assigned geography
- Achieve business sales targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, by being clear on your priorities and communicating these to key internal stakeholders through a high amount of seller staff engagement and in-store sales activity
- Deliver the sales strategy, with a good understanding of the levers that drive the intended outcomes
- Understand the pricing policy and ensure that we are operating within the agreed guidelines, ensuring the targeted product yields and profitability are achieved
- Manage, train and coach seller staff to compliant sell our product and follow our product policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a regular calling face to face and call-based programme and reporting of retailer feedback for your key accounts
- Leverage CRM to capture all activity, insights, notes, actions, compliance, reporting and listing out agreed actions and report summaries

- High understanding of sellers needs across segments and markets
- High understanding of how to engage sellers and stores to activate and increase product acceptance
- Ability to work multidisciplinary functions to achieve results
- Proven success in Strategic Relationship Management and/or new business development sales environment in payments or retail services
- Experience of dealing with financial products such as long term interest free products
- Amazing customer service ethos and great customer engagement, along with an easy approach to doing business
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a proven track record in planning, producing and executing sales strategy that drives high performance
- Is a high-achiever, self-directed and ambitious, with attention to the finer details
