We are seeking a passionate and experienced** Manager - Education Support,** to join us on a **permanent full time (37.5 hours per week)** basis. This role will be primarily based at our** Queen Street** campus, with a requirement to travel across the various Auckland Dynaspeak campuses.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing education support covering all aspects of the programme across our four sites. This role will require hands-on involvement in pre and post moderation, process, and policy implementation, assessment generation, report generation, and presentation. As part of the senior leadership team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and drive excellence in education delivery.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

- Oversee moderation processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Create and review assessments, both pre and post moderation, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
- Generate comprehensive reports on programme performance, feedback, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the online component of the education programme, including reviewing online units, monitoring tauira engagement and success rates.
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to creation specialists, overseeing the development of online units.
- Maintain a mobile presence by regularly visiting sites, fostering visibility and accessibility among kaimahi and tauira.

**About you**

You will bring with you:

- A bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to educational leadership or support services.
- Full New Zealand drivers’ license.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in staff management ideally, across a wide geographical area within a large complex organisation.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
