We are currently look for a **F&B Superstars** who will help deliver the best Guest Experience We welcome you to join us in the front row at **SO/ Auckland** and become a part of Accor's lifestyle brand collective **Ennismore**

We are currently looking for F&B Superstars to join our team here at SO/ Auckland We are looking for:

- F&B Attendants (Waiters) for our Signature Restaurant, Harbour Society
- Bar Attendants for our popular and lively Rooftop Bar, HISO
- Club Lounge Attendant for our exclusive Club Lounge (Executive Lounge)

We are looking for passionate, creative, playful and confident people

**THE ROLE**
- Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers and reinforce wherever possible our commitment to customer service
- Prepare bar areas, ensuring an adequate supplies and suitable stock levels within the bars to service the operation. Advise the manager of replacement requirements
- Monitor the quality of all menu and food production and service to ensure high standards are maintained at all times
- Make sure H&S guidelines are adhered to at all times such as Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food hygiene etc
- Ensure that club lounge is clean and presentable to the highest standard for our guests
- Can work independently and responsibility with a high level of trust between yourself and management

**Qualifications** THE PERSON**
- Previous experience in similar role within food & beverage
- Exceptional grooming & articulate in communication and willingness to provde the best customer service
- Previous experience within a high paced/luxury environment is highly advantageous but not required
- You understand the nature of the business and can work on a rotating roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
