**About the position**

Support the successful delivery of change initiatives within the logistics function at Silver Fern Farms through the provision of project coordination and administration duties. Be an active member in the EPO team from a line management perspective, while functionally reporting to the Logistics Programme Delivery Manager. It is expected that this role will be required to support the logistics function as we embed the EPO tools and techniques to execute on a sustainable portfolio model with consistent pipeline of initiatives.

Be responsible for.
- Becoming familiar with current Logistics processes to contribute competently
- Assist the Logistics Programme Delivery Manager to embed the SFF project framework into the project
- Participate in the preparation of project documentation, including management plans and fortnightly progress reports
- Contribute to the preparation of leadership monthly reports and other relevant project-based requirements
- Manage project schedules and update the Logistics Programme Delivery Manager on progress against milestones
- Ensure the project team and Logistics contribution runs efficiently
- Contribute to the development of a high performing team by facilitating a positive culture and working alongside the team to achieve strategic objectives

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
Our successful applicant will be able to persuade and influence others and resolve issues with a high degree of certainty and consensus. You would have good interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written communication and comprehension.

In addition, you would have.
- Exposure and understanding of project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, PMI)
- Knowledge in navigating SharePoint and Office 365 would be an advantage
- Ability to reason and present solid arguments, listen to other’s points of view, negotiate, and find solutions
- Able to present ideas, information and advice in a way that is understandable by a range of audiences
- Effectively manage workflow through pressure, peaks, and troughs, meeting deadlines and seeing tasks through to completion
