About the Role

This dynamic role involves providing secretarial and administrative support to our experienced Body Corporate Managers. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders
  2. Liaising with service providers, chairpersons, building managers, committees, and owners to ensure seamless communication
  3. Maintaining a working knowledge of Body Corporate/Strata processes and procedures
  4. Gaining and increasing your knowledge of our specialist software as well as MS Office
  5. Applying professional problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail

We are looking for a systems and administration wiz who can manage shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders with ease. You should have previous experience working with the public, administration, finance, or data management, and be comfortable interacting with a wider team.

  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage the demands of a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
