As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their dedicated team.
**About the Role**:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in finance administration. If so, there now exists an opportunity for a Financial Administrator within a dynamic construction company in Christchurch. This role provides key support across business finance, managing data and other key administrative tasks. This role would suit someone want between 30 - 40 hours per week.
Your role will include:
- Manage all financial transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Manage financial documentation, contracts, and invoices to maintain an organized record-keeping system.
**To succeed in this role you will be/have**:
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
