**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our High Security team, who are responsible for the design and implementation of features and subsystems focusing on the needs of the high security sector.

**As part of #TeamGallagher you will**:

- Work in an agile, cross-functional development team helping to protect the people, assets, and critical national infrastructure of governments within the 5-Eyes countries.
- Develop and implement features for our security solutions.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to address high-security sector needs.
- Engage in innovative R&D efforts to drive technological advancements.

**The Fit**

To be considered for this role, you will be required to gain a security clearance to Confidential level. A pre-requisite for this is New Zealand permanent residence together with residence in a 5-Eyes country (New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA or Canada) for at least the last 5 years.

Some of the skills and experience we are keen to see include:

- C++, C# and SQL Application Development
- Familiarity with automated and unit testing
- Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Strong written and verbal English skills
