**About the Company & Culture**:Our client is a well established business operating in the financial services sector for more than 20 years. We are looking a dedicated individual with a passion for excellence in customer service, for this customer facing role in their central Tauranga branch.

**About the role**: You will essentially be the face of their business, greeting and welcoming customers coming into the branch, and managing phone enquiries, whilst also providing administration support.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers coming into the branch and assisting them with enquiries and documentation
- Dealing with general enquiries by phone and correspondence
- Providing administration support to the wider team

**Start Date**:Ideally as soon as possible, but its all about getting the best person for the role, so no problem if you have a notice period in your current position.

**Days/ Hours**: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, with finish time of 5pm required. This role is office based 5 days per week.

**About You**: Ideally you will have worked in a customer facing role in either banking or financial services, or have experience in a similar Receptionist role. The person we are looking for will be someone who sees this opportunity as their ideal role, who enjoys customer interactions and providing exceptional service. To be considered for this role, you will need to already be residing in NZ, and able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Customer Facing role
- A passion for providing excellence in Customer Service
- A team player dedicated to helping others
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft products
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with their work
