This is a great temporary opportunity for an administrator to work within a high-profile government agency that will utilise your existing skills and allow you to network and grow in a new fast-paced environment.

The location of this role is based in Newtown.

**Daily responsibilities could include**:

- Responsibility for records management including retrieval, tracking and dispatching
- Setting up and maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems
- General filing and ensuring records are kept tidy and accessible
- Providing general administration support whilst dealing with confidential information
- Partner and collaborate within a team, providing support to others wherever possible
- Contribute to the improvement and development of processes, procedures, and systems
- Build collaborative and positive working relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure all work reflects our responsibilities to the priority of equity and meeting Treaty of Waitangi obligation

**Skills required**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in communicating and building and managing relationships with a variety of people
- Strong coordination and organisation skills
- Self-motivation, excellent time management skills and outcome focused
- Understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- A full clean driving license
