Mō te tūnga | About the role
You will be instructing on Patrol Dog Courses, with the potential to develop and instruct on specialist courses to a wide range of dog teams from around New Zealand and abroad.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Operational Practice - Demonstrate a sound knowledge of canine behaviour and conditioning principles for the development and training of dogs for patrol work.
- Coaching - Demonstrate an understanding of the principles of adult learning and ability to train and coach adults.
- Continuous Improvement - Having the experience to foster and encourage innovative and diverse approaches.
- Committed - Committed to developing the capability and culture of our people and enabling them to deliver the outcomes we are promising.
