**About the role**:
This is a full-time permanent position on a fixed roster. Current hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for all sales channels
- Convert online chat interactions from existing and new customers into sales
- Meet set KPI productivity and sales targets (where applicable) & other performance metrics

**About you**:
This role is 95% admin and customer service, 5% sales. Ideally you will have worked towards KPIs or targets before, but you don't need to be an experienced sales person since the bulk of your day will be admin-focused.
- Experience in a customer service or admin role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Speedy typing abilities and the ability to pick up new systems
