**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician to work alongside our friendly team of technicians and scientists in the Microbiology and Molecular Biology departments at Waikato Hospital Laboratory. This position is full time, working mostly weekdays, however some out of hours work may be required. An immediate start is possible.

**Mōu | About you**

If you have experience working in a laboratory, and demonstrate the following attributes, then this may be the job for you;
- A genuine passion for healthcare

- Adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment

The preferred applicant will have experience in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology. Current registration with the Medical Science Council will be an advantage.
