**What will I be doing?**
- Implement tools and systems to support the Phocas platform
- Solve complex and escalated cases from Support Analysts
- Work closely with internal teams on deployment, support and upgrades
- Maintain, create and improve infrastructure knowledge base
- Devise and architect solutions
- Automate repetitive workflows and use IaC tools to improve infrastructure reliability and repeatability
- Incident response coordination and communication

**Your background includes**:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Solid experience with and understanding of.NET & SQL
- Experience with Cloud Platforms & Services (e.g. AWS)
- Experience with Scripting ( e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python, Go )
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code ( e.g. Terraform, Ansible, AWS SSM )
