Reporting to the Compliance and Test Manager, the primary focus of this role is to supervise the overall process of lab product testing as well as the management of the Lab and workshop areas. A key aspect of this role is the maintenance and enhancement of test facilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the product development team. The role also emphasizes the timely and accurate presentation of reliable data to internal stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making processes.

Significant upgrades and new test facilities are currently being scoped and so we are looking for an enthusiastic person with the right skills to join the team.

**Qualifications**
As well as a bachelor of engineering/science or other relevant degree you will have experience in coordinating teams at the front line level. You will have strong experience in LabVIEW and other automation software.

You will have demonstrated excellent in your communication, have a hands-on approach to problem solving with a 'can-do' attitude. You will be a motivated self starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.

As EST practising license is a bonus however you will be familiar with various engineering concepts with a focus on refrigeration techology.
