**About the position**:
The primary purpose of the Snr. Manufacturing Engineer is to facilitate and optimise engine tests for a high-growth production environment, ensuring Manufacturing Principles are practised to meet stringent launch times.

Regular activities of the Snr. Manufacturing Engineer include coaching junior members of the team on Manufacturing best practices, developing and optimizing processes for Production, and implement new processes through prototyping, test, and integration.

**Essential skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 7+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing / Production / Process Engineer
- Previous experience in coaching or leading a team
- Can set a standard
- Hands-on technical experience debugging complex systems within a Manufacturing environment
- Strong communicator, with proven ability to write clear and concise KPI’s
- Can-do approach and flexibility to thrive around growing teams and processes
- Previous experience in implementation of Major Cap ex project delivery

**Desirable skills and experience**:

- Experience with Siemens Team Center/ Infor LN
- Knowledge of production quality metrics.
- Experience transitioning products from prototype to production
- Compliance driven Manufacturing change implementation
- PPS problem solving
