**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The primary purpose of the Distribution Manager role is to manage distribution activities within the Bay of Plenty, Lakes & Tairawhiti districts, manager service levels, relationships and integrated activities within the districts at all levels and ensure national & regional consistency with other districts, problem resolution that meets supply chain and distribution objectives, service performance and value to customers.
In this role you will provide leadership to District distribution teams, managing service levels, key stakeholder relationships and integrated activities as part of a nationally consistent and robust supply chain that contributes to the strategic health outcomes of Te Whatu Ora.

- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in H&S systems practice in logistics or manufacturing environments
- Extensive use of ERP / MRP or other integrated technology in daily operations
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
