Working at the Christchurch Airport means we are always busy with commuters always on their way To keep up with demand we are looking for Rental Operations Agents to join our team and be the face of our business

**About the Role**

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. You will also assist with general customer inquiries and finding resolutions to queries.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
- Review in detail our various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
- Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Answering customer questions and inquiries

**What we are looking for**:

- Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards

As we operate 7 days a week, from 6 am until 10 pm each day. You may be required to work early mornings or late evenings (we will take your availability into consideration) but you will be required at least one day per weekend each week.
