About the Role


To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will inspect vehicles and equipment for damages, check and report any basic maintenance issues, refuel vehicles and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles both interior, exterior and vacuuming as per company standards.


From a time-to-time you will also assist with our rentals at the customer counter where you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.


To be clear 90% of this role will be cleaning vehicles and 10% will be at the counter assisting customers.


What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role, but class 2 licence is preferred (we can also assist you in obtaining a class 2 and/or class 4 licence)
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards


We operate Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm each day where we would be looking to put you onto an 8-hour shift per day.
