We are seeking a Principal Advisor to work directly with the Chief Science Advisor and Deputy Chief Science Advisor supporting the delivery of excellent, topical and timely advice on health issues of the day.
Salary midpoint of $132,833, actual salary dependent on your experience.

Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
The Office of the Chief Science Advisor is a dynamic and high-profile area within our new Evidence, Research and Innovation Directorate. The Office is responsible for providing the scientific and technical leadership within Manatū Hauora (the Ministry) and across the health system that provides strategic and future focused insights to build a new, fit-for-purpose, learning health system.
In this role you will deliver high quality and timely advice on the key science and evidence for health policy, strategy and effective executive and operational decision making across the Ministry and work very closely with the Chief Science Advisor and Deputy Chief Science Advisor.
