Position: Lead D365 F&O Finance Consultant

Location: Any major city in beautiful New Zealand

In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide our teams, shape client engagements, and deliver impactful solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume a leadership role on client engagements, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to define critical business objectives, success factors, and activities needed to deliver measurable business value.
- Produce high-quality Solution Design artefacts that effectively translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Actively facilitate focus groups, workshops, and client interviews, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.

Required Capability and Experience:

- Solid functional knowledge of finance, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive results.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting and implementing D365 F&O, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency.
- Broad understanding of Microsoft and industry-standard IT technologies, ensuring you can leverage the latest tools and trends.
- Expert knowledge of D365 for Finance modules, including presales, complex project management, and internal delivery initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics F&O and a broad understanding of architecting cross-product solutions.
