The Role

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating retail processes and recommending improvements
- Deliver presentations to peers, colleagues and clients
- Guide the client in extracting maximum value from the product(s) and solution implemented.
- Contribute to assessing the suitability of system enhancement(s) as requested.

**Required experience**:

- Experience with WMA, Master Planning, Demand Forecasting
- Minimum 3 years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/ Dynamics AX Retail experience (prefer at minimum AX 2012 R3)
- Consulting experience with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamcis 365 F&O and best practices.
- Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions relating to supply chain
- A strong understanding of wider Microsoft technologies with the ability to present these and their benefits to existing and potential clients.
- Confidence working directly with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their vision.
