About the role
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, experienced Senior Test Analyst who is keen to grow their test career and skillset to join our team. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems through comprehensive testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute effective testing strategies.

**An overview of your responsibilities - you'll**:

- Lead the preparation and definition of test strategies, test plans, test approaches, creating, maintaining, and executing automation and manual tests be responsible for
- Build strong trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Always ensure a high standard of testing
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality and identify defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to define testing requirements and priorities.
- Perform thorough analysis of test results and generate comprehensive test reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
- Ensure risk and audit requirements are met
- Coach and mentor other Test Analysts

You will need to have
- Proven experience in the automation and manual testing space
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and analyse/solve problems
- Functional testing experience through working on complex integrated systems
- Technically savvy with solid experience writing, executing and maintaining both manual and automated tests
- Knowledgeable in creating and running SQL queries using SQL Developer
- Worked in Agile projects and in DevOps delivery. Exposure to the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) would be an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in planning, executing, and tracking End to End testing with full requirements traceability, producing Test deliverables, reports as necessary
- Experience with API testing using SoapUI or Postman
- Working knowledge of source control tools such as GIT is an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins is an advantage
- Experience with automation tools is an advantage and in particular Playwright
- Experience and knowledge in setting up test automation framework is an advantage
- Experience in using Confluence and Jira
- ISTQB certification is valued

**Salary range**: $99,822.00 - $121,116.00
