Our Senior Test Analyst role is the ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking, ambitious and experienced professional to join ACC at a time of transformational change.

As the Senior Test Analyst, you'll bring a depth of experience to the test team for small streams of work to the required quality standards.

This includes supporting the test activities and workload within the team as well as producing test artefacts and hands-on execution results of test activities.


This is a fast pace and exciting position where you will be involved in all aspects of testing from contributing to test policies, and assisting with the creation of test strategy, and plans, to designing test scenarios.

You'll be an important part of a team of test professionals who have a sound understanding of software development.


Further career development opportunity to take responsibility for developing and implementing automated and/or manual test cases using leading industry-standard tools, troubleshooting software issues, and recommending fixes, creating and executing detailed test cases and managing defect tracking.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:

  • A University graduate, with an ISTQB Foundation Qualification;
  • 6+ years' experience in software testing with at least a year of this in a Senior Test Analyst role;
  • Good understanding of and practical experience in testing techniques;
  • Understanding of the full test life cycle, particularly as it fits with the overall solution development life cycle methods, tools, controls and techniques (e.g., agile, waterfall, SDLC, etc.);
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
  • Strong team focus and skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff to enable them to reach their full potential;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to produce wellstructured and easily understood documentation and make persuasive presentations that can be understood by stakeholders, this includes but not limited to Traceability Matrix, Test Cases, and Execution Report etc.
