**H2R Consulting** are currently assisting a small corporate client locate a new Office Manager. This is a varied 12 month fixed term with the potential of extension.

This role is multi-facetted and involves all aspects of Office Management, Coordination, and Customer Service also.

**The role involves**:

- Point of liaison for clients and current or potential customers.
- Running and improving core business systems, e.g., Zoho CRM Plus system, Trello, GOSH online health and safety system.
- Coordinating and following up on weekly and monthly reports.
- Invoicing clients and accounts receivable.
- Updating payroll and coordinating staff leave and pay requests.
- Organising and scheduling meetings for the team
- Taking meeting minutes at monthly team meetings and follow up with an action register.
- Drafting and sending out client proposals and following up on potential leads.
- Editing and reviewing of client work, e.g., policies and training workbooks.
- Managing resources for the Occupational Health Nurses as well as coordinating their schedules.
- Coordinating the workstation assessments and other work related assessments
- Running annual flu vaccination programme.
