The position is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing and verifying required documents in accordance with company policy and procedure and external body regulations. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Work together with the Export team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
- Carry out Export workflow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs and specified requirements
- Establush and maintain strong client relationships with DSV Customers (internal & external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas
- Ability to problem solveExport issues with a range of stakeholders including but not limited to: airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders & customers

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience within the Freight Forwarding industry or in a similar role
- Experience using CargoWise One is preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
