**Assistant Manager** to run two brands under one roof at their
**Christchurch Central** location.

**The Benefits**:

- $25ph+ Base Salary
- Sunday - Thursday Roster (38 hours per week + no late nights)

**The Role**:
This job involves managing a tight-knit team across two brands/concessions within a well-known Christchurch location. Your role includes and is not limited to:

- Offering high-end and consultative customer service within a premium retail environment
- Leading by example to inspire your team and represent the brand well
- Ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Retail operations such as visual merchandising, stock control etc.
- Styling and offering fashion advice that is on trend and well-suited to your clients

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be operationally sound in a retail environment, sales driven and confident in leading a team
- An approachable, empathetic and nurturing personality
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Confident in building rapport with other staff members within the wider business
- Well-presented and experience working in a premium retail environment
