**What the day will look like**

We are looking for proactive individuals who are willing to help from an administration capacity. Ideally, we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and who can step in and hit the ground running. Your ability to think outside the square, willingness to turn your hand to anything, and initiative are key. *Please note that the internal business title for this role is Service Specialist*

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Ideally, we are looking for people that want to grow and develop with the business.

To be successful in this role you will display:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent typing ability (minimum 40 words per minute) with high accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure and met deadlines.
