Te Whatu Ora Health NZ Waitaha Canterbury Information Services Group Information Services Group (ISG) works hard to support our Canterbury Health
System by providing digital solutions that enable improved health outcomes.
This role is within the Integration & Development team. This is a
varied team with responsibility for developing and maintaining a number of key
development.

This
Service Improvement Specialist position is responsible for working as part of
the team to provide a level of service excellence across all Information and
Communication Technology [ICT] solutions whilst maintaining the development and
delivery of the ISG work plan.
In
assuming this responsibility, the role enables the Service Improvement
Specialist to be an effective and valued partner of the business and supports
the business to achieve its goals.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Designing, developing and maintaining automated
- Working closely with our people across all parts of
the organisation to design updates and new services aligned to our work programme
- Performing critical analysis and gathering business
requirements to inform the on-going development of our programmes of works.
- Assessing current ways of working, designing and documenting
future ways of working, supporting solution identification and gaps to achieve
desired outcomes
- Assisting in the creation of use cases and support
User Acceptance Testing
- Developing and maintaining administration
procedures, knowledge articles and documentation.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
We are looking for someone to act as an automation expert for the Integration & Development team.
- Sound ability to analyse, isolate and interpret

business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Technical specification writing/documentation
skills.
- Process improvement experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
skills
- At least 3+ years IT Industry experience.
- Have experience in systems evaluation, design and
implementation.
- Have an understanding of ITIL.Experience
with any of the following will be highly regarded;
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Orchestrator
- PowerShell & Javascript
- APIs
- Active Directory
- Azure
