Sales Development Representative

EP is searching for a Sales Development Representative who will play a pivotal role in qualifying new leads and marketing EP’s value.

**Key responsibilities of the role;**
- Arrange demos and sales calls for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Confidently discuss key product benefits to new and existing customers
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads
- Collaborate with the BDMs to drive sales growth and hit KPIs
- Manage lead queue and maintain accurate contact database

**What we’re looking for;**
- High quality customer service focus with confident communication skills
- Strong desire to meet and maintain KPIs consistently
- Confidence to develop outbound lead generation skills, including cold calling
- A team player with a commercial mindset
