**Remuneration and HRIS Data Analyst**:
Are you a Remuneration and HRIS Data Analyst with experience across salary benchmarking, annual rem reviews, HR Data analytics, implementation of HR Systems, and remuneration policy and frameworks? If so, we want to hear from you

**Firstly, a bit about us**:
Airways provides air traffic management services across 30 million square kilometres - this is one of the largest areas of airspace in the world. Our people manage this airspace by providing air traffic control, surveillance, communication, flight inspection, mapping and airspace design services. We work with government, regulatory authorities, airlines, airports and the general aviation community to ensure pilots, passengers and goods reach their destination - safely.

**About the role**:
We have a newly created opportunity for a passionate individual who is experienced across remuneration and HRIS analytics to join our People and Capability team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Remuneration and People Data Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and play a crucial role in helping to shape organisational wide HR initiatives, in which we are increasingly using data analytics to support the work we’re undertaking across the areas of remuneration, rewards, HR systems and people data/metrics, to improve and add value to the way we do things at Airways.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who has a relevant qualification and proven experience (3+ years in a remuneration or business analyst position) or similar role, who is technically literate. You will have an eye for the details, be solutions focused with excellent organisation, and prioritisation skills, and a talent for analysing and presenting data in a way that is clear, concise and easy to understand.

A background that includes working in a large complex organisation, with multiple collective agreements, implementing or managing complex HRIS systems and understanding of Job Evaluation techniques would put you ahead of the pack

**You will also have the following skills and experience**:

- A relevant Tertiary qualification with a focus on data analysis and reporting
- Intermediate to advanced level HR analyst experience, including data modelling, analysis, and business process development and implementation
- A consultative approach with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

**Our Values**:
Airways is committed to reflecting the diversity of Aotearoa and creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where people feel they belong and can be their authentic self at work. To achieve this, we are working hard to gain our Rainbow Tick Accreditation to ensure Airways is a safe and welcoming workplace for all employees.

**What’s next?**

We’re all about finding the right human to join our team, so we’re open to where this role is based, but it must be in either Auckland or Christchurch.

Airways offers a competitive salary with great office locations, and plenty of free on-site parking Not to mention, you will be joining a fun and professional team with plenty of variety and learning opportunities.

The successful applicant will be required to complete psychometric testing, undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, a criminal conviction check and reference checks.- Share
