We are going through a significant transformational period over the next few years with a vision to continue to lead home improvement in NZ. To achieve this vision, we need to change the way we do things within the organisation and how we work with our members and store owners to achieve this vision as one team. As the result we have an exciting new opportunity available at our Albany based Support Centre for a **Learning Experience Partner **to join us on a **three-year fixed term basis,** to build and support the capability and confidence of our teams.

As **Learning Experience Partner, **you will be working alongside our Learning Experience team to design, deliver and sustain the Programme One learning experience across the store deployment strategy.

**Reporting to the Learning Manager you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: -**
- Partner - Work with the Learning Experience team, Programme ONE team and store leadership to plan the learning implementation strategy for store deployment
- Design & Develop Solutions - Develop and continuously refine the PONE learning experiences and performance support materials based on learner and business feedback
- Facilitate - Be the lead facilitator for face to face and virtual learning experiences across each store deployment to engage our people and meet the learning outcomes
- Cultivate communities - Connect our people with shared expertise, challenges and interests to create a learning ecosystem
- Evaluate - Define, measure and report on learning impact in relation to our performance standards and Mitre10 strategy

**Experience and Capabilities Required**:

- Ability to design and develop learning resources
- Ability to facilitate learning to varied audiences
- Ability to build assessments and evaluation strategies
- Instructional Design Software knowledge preferred (Articulate, Captivate, Chameleon)

**Please note, a huge part of this role involves travel as you will be out in stores across New Zealand the majority of the time.**
