Reporting to our Group Supply Chain Manager, and supporting our broader Supply Chain and Operations team, you will be responsible for the execution of replenishment activities across assigned markets including all aspects of the planning process from source to market.More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Execute domestic and export coordination plans, ensuring assigned our distribution centres receive stock in full on time (including New Zealand, Australia, China).
- Work closely with our third-party manufacturers and internal teams to ensure stock is released and delivered against set plans.
- Identify and advise stakeholders of any risks of deviation from coordination plan.
- Report on the progress of replenishment plans to respective internal teams.
- Ensure export trade documents are raised in a timely manner which meets destination regulatory requirements.
- Execute sales order fulfilment where required, adhering to company guidelines for assigned markets.
- Perform inventory reconciliations and report on results in the agreed format within the agreed timelines.

**About you**:
You will have experience operating across a global export/import channel delivering best practice and processes across a team to elevate operational efficiency, in addition you will have the ability to partner with stakeholders both internal and external particularly within distribution as you deliver key objectives. Your experience will also support our daily supply chain and operational practices as you maintain, enhance, and develop strong rapport with vendors and customers delivering to our strategic growth plans.The following are essential skills to be considered for this role:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics within FMCG
- Proficient with Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics - Advantageous
- Applied knowledge of Chain of Responsibility.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Officer suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to provide sophisticated reporting and interpret complex data.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
