As the Integration and Technical Infrastructure Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration, integration, and fit-out of NZIC-owned systems and services in our new data centre. The role requires someone with a proven history in managing medium to large-scale projects/programmes, within the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span across various domains, including stakeholder management, procurement, business change, and operational readiness. Specifically

**Scope Management**: Define and manage project scopes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, project teams, and senior leadership.
**Interdependencies**: Identify and manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
**Migration and Integration**: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of migration and integration activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
**Data Centre Operating Model**: Ratify and implement a robust operating model for the new data centre, optimising efficiency, and reliability.
**Handover to Operations**: Lead the transition from project delivery to operational support, ensuring a seamless handover process.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Formal Project or Programme Management qualification alongside experience using multiple delivery methodologies.
At least 4 years of experience in project or programme management of technical infrastructure initiatives, and data centre domain experience is desirable.
Strong understanding of migration, integration, and fit-out processes.
A proven history of delivering complex and large-scale projects on time, on budget, and quality.
Initiative-taker with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
