**About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi**
Our Te Rapa site is one of Fonterra’s largest manufacturing sites. At 41 hectares, the site makes enough product to fill 48.5 shipping containers each day. We produce whole and skim milk, instant whole milk powders along with cream, butter, pure dairy milk fat, cream cheese, and frozen cream products.

As an integral member of the Te Rapa Site and part of a small administration team, the Receptionist is primarily responsible for assisting visitors to the site (from contractors to customers) and ensuring H&S requirements are met, carrying out a range of administrative duties and assisting other teams on site where required.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing and coordinating phone calls.
- Managing meeting room bookings and pool car bookings and maintenance support the Security team with the sign in process to ensure that all visitors and contractors sign in and are advised of all Health and Safety regulations e.g. Site Conditions of Entry and Inductions. In addition, ensure un-inducted visitors are accompanied around site and have been issued with correct safety clothing.
- Managing the allocation of site security cards and access.
- Assisting with customer visits and other site events.
- Administrative support to the wider site team.

*** This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.30pm**
