**The Opportunity**

As a Technology Partner Engagement Specialist, you will play a central role in managing the relationship with our external Technology Partners, who contribute to the wider ecosystem through integration of our security solutions.

Your main focus will be on cultivating strong and long-lasting relationships with the Technology Partners to ensure high-quality security solutions for customers.

In this role you’ll gain a deep understanding of who our partners are, value propositions, markets, and operations to effectively communicate the value of their integrations, develop promotional plans and guide them through market introduction.

**The Fit**

To be successful in this role you will have the proven ability to foster strong and trusted relationships using your interpersonal and diplomacy skills. You will be able to demonstrate your skills to communicate complex topics effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will also have strong business acumen, and proactive thinking. To drive positive outcomes for the business and our partners you will be able to analyse complex information and assess risk to inform considered decision making in a changing environment.

You will also need:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Server products and confident with technology.
- Experience or knowledge with Gallagher products is not required but helpful.
