We are currently seeking an Airline Support Specialist to join my clients team in a permanent position. As an Airline Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline partners and passengers. This is a reactive role where you will need to be engaged, and a self-starter.
For this role, the roster is 4 days on and 4 days off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance and support to our airline partners and their passengers
- Manage flight disruptions, including rebooking, schedule changes, and cancellations
- Communicate effectively with airline partners and passengers to provide updates and information
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and transactions

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in airline operations, customer service, hospitality, hotel/motel or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of airline systems and procedures preferred
