Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist - Clinical Research

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at EMS Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Clinical Research Activities: Assist in data collection, documentation, and management of medical devices.
  • Collaborate with Research Staff: Work collaboratively with Research Nurses and other clinical staff to ensure participant safety and well-being.
  • Manage Medical Devices: Organize and maintain medical devices, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a clinical research or clinical trial environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures and answer participant questions effectively.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in recording and documenting participant data.
